The Maryhill Museum of Art is housed in a mansion overlooking the Columbia River in rural Washington, which was designed by architecture firm Hornblower & Marshall and completed in 1914. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. In 2011, the client hired ARG to make recommendations for the repair of the deteriorating exterior of the museum. ARG conducted a condition assessment and created construction documents for exterior facade repairs.
